Our platform includes simulators for virtually all commercial aircraft types, including narrow-body (A320, B737), wide-body (A350, B777, B787), regional jets, turboprops, and helicopters. You can filter by simulator category, aircraft type, certification level (EASA, FAA, etc.), and location.

SimulatorBooking uses a freemium B2B marketplace model designed to keep access free for buyers and flexible for simulator providers.

For airlines, ATOs, and individual pilots:

Searching, comparing availability, requesting quotations, and booking are completely free. There are no platform fees for buyers.

For simulator training centers:

Training centers subscribe to a monthly plan to list their simulators on the platform. Each plan includes different service levels, and booking commissions vary depending on the subscription tier — higher tiers benefit from lower or zero commissions, as well as enhanced visibility and additional features.

Pricing of simulator sessions:

All simulator rates are determined directly by the training centers and vary by aircraft type, regulatory approval, location, and time slot.

No. For airlines, ATOs, and individual pilots, there are no platform fees, booking fees, or hidden charges. You only pay the simulator rate set by the training center.

For simulator providers, there are no hidden costs either. Providers simply choose a subscription plan, and the booking commission is clearly defined based on the selected tier during onboarding.

Payment processing: All transactions are processed securely through Stripe with complete transparency. Standard Stripe processing fees apply (as with any online payment), but these are clearly disclosed before payment.

How it works:

1. Booking Confirmation: When you accept an offer from a training center, you'll receive an invoice with secure payment options via Stripe.
2. Secure Payment: Pay directly through our platform using bank transfer, credit card, or other payment methods supported by Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant.
3. Escrow Protection: Your payment is held securely in an escrow account until the training session is completed. This protects both you and the training center.
4. Completion & Release: Once the training session is completed and confirmed, SimulatorBooking releases the funds to the training center.

Cancellation and rescheduling policies are set by each training center and are clearly displayed before you confirm your booking. Most centers offer flexible policies with reasonable notice periods. We recommend reviewing the terms carefully and contacting the center directly for special circumstances.

If you have specific requirements, need to book multiple simulators, or can't find what you're looking for, our team will personally source the right options for you.
