For airlines, ATOs, and individual pilots: Searching, comparing availability, requesting quotations, and booking are completely free. There are no platform fees for buyers.

For simulator training centers: Training centers subscribe to a monthly plan to list their simulators on the platform. Each plan includes different service levels, and booking commissions vary depending on the subscription tier.

No. For airlines, ATOs, and individual pilots, there are no platform fees, booking fees, or hidden charges. You only pay the simulator rate set by the training center.

For simulator providers, there are no hidden costs either. Providers simply choose a subscription plan, and the booking commission is clearly defined based on the selected tier during onboarding.

Cancellation and rescheduling policies are set by each training center and are clearly displayed before you confirm your booking. Most centers offer flexible policies with reasonable notice periods.
